Offshore Wind HSE Advisers ensure that offshore wind projects are delivered safely and responsibly. They help manage health, safety, and environmental risks across all stages of offshore wind development, from construction and installation to operations and maintenance.
Working both offshore and onshore, HSE advisers develop safety procedures, monitor compliance, and support teams to maintain safe working practices in complex and high-risk environments such as offshore vessels, wind turbines, and substations.
This role is ideal for people who are passionate about workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and supporting teams to operate safely in challenging environments.
