Apprenticeships PathwayThis Skills for Offshore Wind section of our site aims to help signpost companies looking for offshore wind related training as well as assist those looking to enter the industry and looking to upskill their staff. It will also aim to provide help for private sector and public sector training providers looking for support and will aim to assist all levels of skills provision in Scotland that could be applied to the offshore wind industry.
While the site is currently under construction we can only provide certain elements of such support but the aim is to grow this resource to encompass all types of support, training and skills provision available in Scotland through working with our delivery partners, such as ESP and Skills Development Scotland (SDS), along with members of the Scottish industry clusters.
If you currently live and work outside of Scotland then we can also support you to find a route into the industry though Scotland's Migration Service.

Scotland's wind sector is expanding rapidly. In this next decade we aim to deliver 40GW of offshore wind and a further 10GW of onshore wind.
