Modern Apprenticeships (MAs)
Primarily aimed at people from statutory school leaving age up to 24, although there's no upper age limit, a Modern Apprentice is employed and works towards a qualification with a college or learning provider. Modern Apprenticeships are structured, work-based training programmes that allow individuals to earn while they learn, gaining both practical experience and formal qualifications.

Engineering Apprenticeships
These apprenticeships are ideal for those interested in engineering and technical roles within offshore wind farms. Students start by working towards a general engineering qualification, before specialising in one particular pathway. These include: Electrical and mechanical manufacture; Maintenance and technical support; Fabrication and welding; Installation and commissioning; Aeronautical; Automotive and marine; Business improvement techniques.

Construction Apprenticeships
This apprenticeship is suitable for those already working in a construction role and wish to progress to higher level jobs. You can learn about controlling lift operations, designing the built environment, construction site supervision and management, estimating, quantity surveying and planning.

Electrical Installation Apprenticeships
This apprenticeship offers the chance to learn a variety of skills. Students learn how to install and maintain electrical systems across a variety of sites, such as hospitals, stadiums and housing projects. Students will also work with the latest technology, which includes advanced data-cabling and fibre optic systems.
