Scottish offshore wind industry signs up to Collaborative Framework Charter to support supply chain growth
24 organisations, representing almost 25GW of ScotWind projects and 6.7GW of other Scottish offshore wind farms have agreed to work together in the development and delivery of a Collaborative Framework for offshore wind. Signatories to the Charter will now work together to review the pipeline of Scottish offshore wind projects and identify ways they can work together to maximise how they work with Scottish ports to share capacity and space, and help underpin new investment.

ScotWind all systems go as full lease awards confirmed
Today Crown Estate Scotland confirmed that all bidders offered seabed leases on 17 January 2022 had accepted contractual terms offered and signed up to take on leasing rights and associated responsibility.

ScotWind Round 1 bid results
Offshore wind developers were told today by Crown Estate Scotland if they have been successful in gaining a site lease agreement. This new ScotWind round could see investment of over £50bn to deliver almost 25GW of offshore wind including 14.5GW of floating wind projects making Scotland the leading country for this technology in the world.
